Initial Pre-release!

connect-grip is a complete replacement for express-grip. It has been rewritten as a new library that is fully
compatible with connect middleware, and works with additional frameworks including Next.js.
Additionally, its improved architecture avoids the need to use a pre- and post-middleware as was proposed by express-grip,
allowing routes to be written in a more standard way and other middleware to work more reliably.
