Custom time range on xAxis

Is there any way to configure range on time axis ?
everything works great, but I use the chart for displaying day data, so I have only time, which is okay, but e.g. first even starts 7:11 and then labels are every 15 min, which looks bad.
Is there any way to make it e.g. starts at 7:00 and then label every 30min?

The timeline axis works just like time axis in chartjs. I think overriding some function could make it work.
