Assembly

  1. Mount the 3 point brackets centered on the Amiga cross bars using universal clamps and related hardware.

  2. 3-point mainframe gets bolted to the 3-point frame bracket weldment using 4 3/8-16x1.25 carriage bolts, 4 3/8 nylon lock nuts, and 4 3/8 washers.

  3. The 3 point bridge weldment is attached to the 3-point mainframe with 2 3/4" - 10 bolts, washers, and nylon lock nuts. (Mount the upper 3 point linkage to the 3point back plate.)

  4. Secure the 3-point lower lift arms with bends to the 3-point mainframe using 3/4 - 10 x 3.25" bolts, washers, and nylon lock nuts. Be sure to place the lower lift arm spacers on either side of the ball ends connected to the 3-point mainframe. (Secure the arm brackets to the 3 point backplate.)

  5. Place an eye bolt spacer on the 3/8 eye bolt secured to the 3-point mainframe. Attach another 3/8 eye bolt to the 3-point lower lift arms. These eye bolts will be used to secure the machined turnbuckle bodies.

(Connect the upper 3 point linkage to the arm brackets with the adjustable lift arms.)

  6. Connect the Leveling Box Arms between the 3-point lower lift arms and the 3 point bridge weldment using bolts, washers, nylon lock nuts. Make sure the ball end is connected to the 3 point bridge weldment and the forked end is connected to the 3-point lower lift arms.

  7. Connect the turnbuckles to the arm links and the 3 point backplate.

  8. Connect the 3point cylinder actuator to back plate and the upper 3point linkage. Secure the cylinder with the slider pin and lock it up with the 1/4" lynch pins.

  9. Attach the adjustable top link to the 3 point backplate.

  10. In the fork closest to the dashboard, add T to the existing E-stop connection.

  11. Attach a CAN cable to the CAN hub.

  12. Connect E-stop and CAN cables to H-bridge bringing power to it from the main harness.

  13. Connect power to the 3point cylinder ( please note lower connection).
