Import form javascript/jquery

Is it possible to move this logic in to the section above? This is because I get a javascript error on page load in my /admin/import_export/import.html file.

in to :
$(document).ready(function () {
...
$(body).on('formset:added', applySelect2);
}

é só adicionar os arquivos estáticos em Media dentro do form Django
