How to add labels to search fields in list view

Hi, I wonder if there is a way of adding meaningful labels to the search_fields at the top of a model's list view?

Currently I have the following:

But it is not particularly tidy and may confuse the end user. I would like for there to be a descriptive label somewhere near each drop down.
