Unable to supply app through method (e.g. 'main()')

Then:
`fastapi run main.py --app main`

Description

When using the uvicorn-gunicorn docker image, it is possible to supply the app as a method using the environment variable, but this seems to not reflect when running the app standalone through the fastapi cli. It doesn't identify the main method as a FastAPI app.
