"Prefer to use the Annotated version if possible" message could be more clearer in Typer doc

Description

I have slightly modified the code found in https://typer.tiangolo.com/tutorial/parameter-types/enum/#list-of-enum-values.

If you execute python3 -m main.py main, it raises:

AttributeError: OptionInfo object has no attribute value

The Annotated version however works.

To my mind, the "Tip" box message in the "Python 3.7+ non-Annotated" tabs should redirect to possible issues like this one to explain why the Annotated version should be preferred.
