Feature Request: Add Chinese (Simplified) UI Language Support

Hermes Desktop is a great tool, but the entire UI is in English. Many users are Chinese speakers and would benefit greatly from a localized interface.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a Language option in Settings (e.g., English / ????) to switch the UI language. The app already includes zh-CN.pak in its bundled Chromium locales, which suggests Chinese language support infrastructure is partially in place.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Users currently have to use browser translation or manually configure Electron locale flags, which is not intuitive.
Additional context
- Hermes Desktop already ships with zh-CN.pak in the locales directory
- This would greatly improve the experience for Chinese-speaking users (a large user base)
- A simple dropdown in Settings would be sufficient to toggle between English and Simplified Chinese
