Wrong character set after update

I did an update today and now there is an error in the character set in the header. Is this error known? How can it be fixed?

I narrowed down the change that caused my Calendar to exhibit the same problem, but I don't really understand why :

I replaced these lines:

<link href="{{static_dir}}/styles/calendar.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />
<script src="{{static_dir}}/scripts/calendar.min.js"></script>

With the previous ones:

<link href="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/index.global.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />
<script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/index.global.min.js"></script>

And the emdash is rendered correctly again... I don't know why this is.
