Weather updates for a few days, then stops

This issue has occurred at least three times in a row. When rebooted, and refreshed, it will not complete. I just get the spinning blue circle. Any thoughts?
Oh, I also ran an update on the code, but the issue continues.

EDIT: If I remove the playlist and rebuild it, I can get the app to update.

I'm also experiencing this issue. A full reboot of the Pi also accomplishes regaining functionality.
