Inky PIM774 does not refresh at all

My inky is still available at the web interface.
I´m able to upload different pictures which will be shown at the web interface.
But the PIM774 does not update the screen it is still frozen.
I observed this issue several weeks before no reboot no hard reset would fix it.
After updating the system to the latest version the bug has been fixed.

But this time update doesn't help at all.
The screen is still frozen and I´m asking for help

I disconnectet the inky from power for 60 minutes.
But this did not fix the issue

because it is stated Image already displayed, skipping refresh. | asked chat gpt for help:

Even if the calendar content has changed, InkyPi will not refresh as long as the generated image hash stays the same.
To fix this, you must reset the image cache and/or state.
sudo systemctl stop inkypi
rm -rf /var/lib/inkypi/cache/*
rm -rf /var/lib/inkypi/state/*
sudo systemctl start inkypi
Result
Stored image_hash is deleted
Next refresh forces a new render
Display is updated correctly

Yes this is a work around BUT the root cause for Image already displayed, skipping refresh. is still unknown.
