fazer.ai agents is the self-hosted platform for AI agents that take on your customer service: they transcribe voice notes, read images, reply by text or voice, query the knowledge base, schedule, quote, collect payments, move the pipeline and know when to hand off to the human team. On WhatsApp and any other channel, all on your own infrastructure.
