How does it work?
- Smoker can target incapacitated/ledge hanging survivors -> shoot tongue to drag and pull
- By default, AI Smokers won't target incapacitated/ledge hanging survivors
  - You install Target Override: Make AI Smokers target incapacitated/ledge hanging survivors
