Add Hourly Forecasts

I have checked the `man` page for this command, `ansiweather`, and there does not appear to be an option to display hourly forecasts for various locations if this is even possible. Is there a way that we could add the hourly forecast option to the code, or is the hourly forecast option impossible to implement unless I install another CLI weather program?
