MFE header too wide on mobile

On mobile the NAU icon is soo big that prevents to show the right header action menu. This creates an horizontal scroll on the page that is very bad!

Possible solution:
Use react-responsive Responsive tag like https://github.com/openedx/frontend-component-header/blob/901f39f42c0a8c1927a1cf22ce5c129c6eed2a73/src/Header.jsx#L123-L131
And differentiate a desktop or a mobile logos.

Or wait for the new NAU logo that will be not so wider.

I tried the new logo, that isn't being approved... it is more height. It will create other problems, like not seeing it / too small.

@igobranco We have to "re-check" now on the rebranding, to check out if this solves our issue.
