Can't find way to set timezone

Because I cannot set the correct timezone, I need to keep track of the offset by hand. I have tried setting it through the environment variables and volumes.

Environment

• TZ=Europe/Amsterdam

Volumes

• /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro
• /etc/timezone:/etc/timezone:ro

That's very valid.. yeah there's no timezone settings at the moment, I'll work on this for next release!
