[FEATURE]: Setting for first day of the week

Hey, just a tiny feature I absolutely need:

Saturday and Sunday is weekEND, so obviously the week starts on Monday 😁 But some people are funny, so it should be configurable along the other date format settings.

Make sure the full calendar and mini calendar (for a single task)) are affected by this.

I mean that makes sense 😆
I think having a setting for this is just adding to the setting nightmare that ended up happening in Jotty.

I'll just make it defaulting to mon-sun and if anyone complains I'll think about settings.
I also want to add a search bar to the settings to make finding what you need a bit easier (bit like I did for degoog, if you used that at all)

gladly. I do that every time someone yet again overpromises on Joplin (hated it) or Memos (missing key features (for me) and devs ignored all requests). In Jotty, I have everything I need. I rather need to thank you , seriously!
