Redirect to login screen

First thanks for great plugin. Do have a problem though.

When I call the .pdf url, it redirects me to the login screen. It doesn't log me out. I can go back to the page and I am still logged in. For some reason it also doesn't show my login credentials in the username and password fields.

Any idea what this could be?
