Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Release 0.4.10-rc1-sqlite under branch name release/sqlite-0.4.10-rc1
2. It gets released as 0.4.10-sqlite

What did you expect to happen

0.4.10-rc1-sqlite + prerelease

What happened instead?

0.4.10-sqlite
