Support wl-ime-type typer

I ran into this issue #233 - most apps worked with wtype, but not chrome or signal.

I could see the problem was with wtype, not rofimoji, and that wl-ime-type (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/emersion/wl-ime-type) works!

I'm now using wl-ime-type with bemoji (which refers to these issues https://github.com/marty-oehme/bemoji?tab=readme-ov-file#known-issues).

Any interest to support wl-ime-type as a typer? (or allow to set a custom command?)

Would you be willing to implement the typer? I currently can't get it to run, which makes debugging a bit difficult 😉
