App window is all white after minimize maximize

Run Feathers SDK Manager.exe, minimize, maximize and it is all white

Sometimes screen comes back when mouse over or clicked, or windows moved then mouse over. Right click works always.

Interestingly, no runtime error is being thrown. However, I found a couple of ways to work around this issue. I can set skipUnchangedFrames to false, or I can use Context3DProfile.BASELINE instead of Context3DProfile.BASELINE_CONSTRAINED. So it seems to happen when combining skipUnchangedFrames and Context3DProfile.BASELINE_CONSTRAINED.

Probably, but I think we can add a reasonable workaround to Starling.
