Feature request: When there is a cloudflare challenge, automatically open the challenge in a new tab

In my experience the challenge doesn't give me an active captcha, so triggering it in a background tab wouldn't prove to be much of a disruption while still keeping access working

Thanks for your suggestion @theblazehen ! I think that could be convenient. I am not sure whether browsers allow automatic redirections from extensions; I think it should be added as an option in settings. I won't have much time in the following weeks, so if anyone would like to go ahead and implement it it would be great 🚀
