Some variations over the rubric template (e.g., the order of questions) should be handled by the package but they aren't. We encountered some of these issues during our 2023 workshop.

- Create a function check_rubric() that checks if a provided rubric causes errors, and, if so, suggests a version with fixes
- In create_rubric_template(), make sure that a message is given to the user, referring them to the vignette
