update fedora-iot OpenQA test with zezere deprecation

Zezere provisioning tool has been deprecated in f-24.
Related tests in OpenQA need to be removed/updated so that its tested with Ignition and FDO.

We've removed the zezere tests, but have not yet added anything to test FDO deployment. It looks a bit complicated.

Hi @AdamWill This sprint we have taken a card to add OpenQA tests related to Ignition onboarding.
Since we are waiting for some work to be done on FDO (go implementation) .
Also considering the complexity for starters we will test with Ignition.
