f42-iot uboot hangs on cm3 while f41-iot works #114

Describe the bug
When f42-iot is created using composer-cli then it hangs in the uboot menu while f41-iot boots.
To Reproduce
- Clone https://pagure.io/fedora-iot/ostree and checkout f42.
composer-cli compose start-ostree --url http://127.0.0.1:8080/some-name --ref "fedora/stable/aarch64/iot" helloworld iot-raw-image- Decompress the xz and flash the image on a compute module 3 (cm3).
- Insert the cm3 on a board and start.
Expected behavior
F42 boots and one can enter a username and password to login.

Additional context
If one waits a couple of minutes, issues: saveenv and Ok is shown at a certain moment and one types boot then the systems boots.
