Add rclone and borg

I'd like to see borg and rclone be supported.

I can't figure out how to make rsync work (lots of permission issues) and would like to try other backup solution 😓 (yes this is a skill issue demand)

I am doing borg backups fine from a container using borgmatic FWIW
