Lepiter: reload pages with unknown snippets when new snippet source code is loaded

If we load new code that defines new lepiter snippets, we want to reload pages that include unknown snippets.

Current workaround is executing `LeDatabasesRegistry default defaultLogicalDatabase fullReload`.
