We should have a way to move selector-part+argument when renaming a method

When we rename methods, we can move selector parts without the arguments. But sometimes, we want to move both.

One option would be to add extra buttons for moving the whole piece and only show the buttons one hover.
Another option is to handle this using the existing buttons using a modifier primary + click
