Hangs on "Loading emulator dependencies"

When the program starts, the loading freezes during "loading emulator dependencies". The bottom bar can still interact though.

Happens no matter if --in-process-gpu is called or not.

The logs brings only one error: libva error: vaGetDriverNames() failed with unknown libva error but it appears before it hangs, so I don't think it's related.

Arch linux with kernel 6.1.68, using Nvidia GTX 960 with proprietary drivers and KDE/Plasma 5 on X11
