A functional Windows binary (.exe) should be available.

Observed Behavior

Actual Behavior
No Windows binary exists for v0.14.1, breaking Windows user workflows.
Impact
Windows users cannot upgrade to the patched version (ASA-2025-004 fix) without manual compilation.
Workarounds Attempted
Tried building from source (Go required).
Used Docker as a temporary solution.
Confirmed v0.13.0’s binary works (but lacks critical fixes).
Request
Please:

Re-upload the Windows binary for v0.14.1.
Verify CI/CD pipelines for future Windows releases.

No Windows executable is listed.
Manually try: https://github.com/fetchai/fetchd/releases/download/v0.14.1/fetchd-0.14.1-windows-amd64.exe → 404 Error.
