Include schematics/figures for Chapter 17

## Describe the your scope of your content idea
You don't need to go crazy, but I think at least one overview schematic showing the general workflow (similar to what you have in other chapters) would be helpful.

It would also be good to make a pro/con table for plate vs. droplet, again, similar to other chapters.
