Feature Request: Give option to return found start and end index of IoC

Great project. Love it.

It would be great if we could get the indices of the found IoCs with start and end position in the provided string.

We will probably run into problems because of the fanging of the text, since we use ioc_fanger.fang(text) which will change the indices from the original string.
