Feature request for new IOC types: Artifact, Directory, File, X509 Certificate, Network traffic

IOC finder does not have the functions written to parse the following IOCs :
1.Artifact.
2.Directory.
3.File.
4.X509 Certificate
5.Network traffic

Thanks - I don't have bandwidth to work on this library very much right now without sponsorship, but I'll keep these new IOC types in mind for the future. Thanks!
