Editing app MVP

So thinking about what we want to show in an MVP, as an extreme subset of #3.

• Start the user in a FTW grid cell (can be static to start, should figure out a 'good' random where it'd actually be ag data (Take user to 'good' random grid id #4))
• Have a hash url so other apps can send users to the grid cell. Ideally can take both a ftw grid cell id and just a lat/long.
• Ability to draw polygons
• Ability to split polygons
• Any other advanced editing tools easy to add.
• Ability to run FTW model and then edit the resulting polygons.
• Multiple basemaps (editors like to see several different views of the data)

Slight stretch would be ability to 'submit' and have it go somewhere, and to save as geojson. But I don't think we need that for MVP.
