One of the common needs of editors is to look at a few different basemaps. Ideally it's a few different satellite / arial images for reference, like google, bing, etc. But users should only be able to 'edit' if the basemap is a data source that has good liberal licensing on it.
Ideally we'd let users easily add in other basemaps that support XYZ tiles, in case they have like Planet api support, or other high res sources they can use.
