Generate fiboa-compliant GeoJSON for source.coop projects

The results of batch output looks to be GeoJSON, but not fiboa-compliant. Would be good to update things to make sure the output is fiboa compliant (if possible, and I understand this may be an upstream fix in baselines, but wanted to start it here to track).

Edit: Indeed. ftw currently generates fiboa 0.2, and it looks like it's generated from parquet through GDAL or so. It's missing the fiboa_version etc.

We should figure out if app is pushing geojson output from source, like https://source.coop/ftw/ftw-inference-output/projects/ancient-rabbit-3811/results/polygons_7909b9cb-21c2-4381-b81f-3be838f93a1d.json or if it's just exporting through openlayers (and changing stuff). I guess it doesn't matter which one as long as the output is compliant, but seems potentially cleaner to use the source (at least if OL is doing any changes).

Not OpenLayers, I was thinking about the App download option, sorry. But it's likely passed through GDAL or similar software that is not fiboa aware.

The App download option may still pass it through OpenLayers though, so also to be checked in the app.
