Display FTW country level results #207

Putting this up for discussion, we're starting to get country scale results of FTW model, where user's won't have to 'run the model' and wait for a smaller area, but can just explore the output. It's an even easier experience for most people. There is zarr output now at https://source.coop/wherobots/fields-of-the-world/predictions but there should soon be fiboa geoparquet and pmtiles versions of the data.
I had been thinking we'd integrate in the inference app, but I am also sorta wondering if we keep them separate. One app that's to explore the results (we're hoping to get to global before too long), and then have lots of nice links into here to actually make use of it.
If we had a designer I'd maybe go for one app, or if anyone wants to prototype how it could work in one app then that'd be great. Just feels like it could be easier to just make a much simpler app for exploration. On the other hand it could be nicer to start out exploring but then have options to run. your own model.
