[Docs] config theming link/documentation missing

As the title says, the page for the theming in the main readme page is broken. (https://hyprdynamicmonitors.filipmikina.com/docs/configuration/theming)
Or is it missing?

It's not -- it has just not been released yet, you can change the version of the software on the docs page to "Next" to see what's coming in the next release version.

Should be released with other updates next week!
