Hint actions for Navigation groups

I would be nice if we could also add hint actions on navigation groups and items.
For example, if i want to display locked ressources for users that didn't subscribe for those features, instead of hidding, I would want them to be displayed in the navigation but with a different styling. A lock icon may be displayed in front of the nav item or group, or else a hint action "upgrade'.
