defaultItems(1) on Repeater doesn't work, first element styles are messed up

The images below show how I get my repeater inside my Tabs. When I visit the Experience tab, there is not one item as the default; instead, it shows the 'Add Experience' button. When I click it, it adds a new Experience as expected, but the styles are all messed up. After the first element, all the others are just fine. When I add collapsible(), the Collapse all or expand all buttons don't work for the first element.

I tried loading the repeater directly without the ExperiencesTab but the same issue stands, I do have a custom script inside my blade but deleting it doesn't fix the issue.

No errors in the console log or anywhere else.

I can't upgrade to v3.0 but can't seem to find a fix for this. I am pretty sure it was working fine but I have no idea after what stage it just broke.

Am I missing something here?

I suppose you are using the Form Builder package outside the Panel, right?

Did you add a mount method with $this->form->fill()?
Are you using the statePath?

I am using the Form Builder outside the Panel yes.

The only thing you provided from the URL you provided is that I was not using $this->form->getState(). I will try that as soon as I get a chance.

The thing is I always did it like that and never encountered such a problem

I replaced 'education' => $user->educations->toArray() with

'education' => $user->educations->isNotEmpty()
    ? $user->educations->toArray()
    : [array_fill_keys(['school', 'degree', 'field_of_study', 'start_date', 'end_date'], null)]

This fixed the defaultItems() issue, but the style problem is still there. 



I spent a little extra time and tried upgrading the Filament to v3 which required me to upgrade a whole lot, but the styling issue is fixed in v3
