Hint with tooltip and no icon

Any idea how to add a hint to a form field that shows a tooltip on hover like this?

I'm aware I can add an icon with a tooltip but I don't want to do that.

A workaround is to use a hintAction:

->hintAction(
    \Filament\Forms\Components\Actions\Action::make('hint')
        ->label('What\'s this?')
        ->tooltip('The physical version of this item')
)

This works but doesn't seem right. Plus there's a reaction when the user clicks on the hint.
