Failed to feature test Filament resource due to custom theme CSS file

I was doing a simple feature test following the documentation on testing resources as follows:

    /**
     * Test if admin users can access their Filament department resource.
     */
    public function test_admin_can_access_department(): void
    {
        $this->actingAs($this->adminUser)->get(DepartmentResource::getUrl('index'))->assertSuccessful();
    }

However, when I ran the test for it, I got the following error.

Now, I did create a custom theme using the following command:

php artisan make:filament-theme

In other words, I did not really specify a specific panel for the custom theme CSS.

May I know how I can solve this error? Thank you!
