How to avoid widget hidden when selecting date range?

My case is this, I have widgets for Merchant Dashboard and only MerchantAdmin can view this on Dashboard but Both MerchantAdmin, Admin, SuperAdmin can view this on custom page.

I want able to hide and show it

when no filter date

the problem comes when I select date (startDate and endDate) the widgets are hidden but when refresh the widget is shown.
