V3: Enums not being updated after Edit

I have having trouble finding where the issue is. I have Enums in app\Enum. Here is one:

    case Medium = 'medium';

And here it is in the resource form:

Every time I am trying to change/update the severity I get a success notification but the data isn't actually updated.

I don't see any errors in my logs.

I have the same problem. I'm using enum form role and I have $fillable and cast
