Problem description

the form is in a modal
On reorder, the item can be drop into the markdown editor.

Expected behavior

just drop the item into another place

Steps to reproduce

Just clone the repo and migrate + seed. Go to the admin (test@example.com/password) and try to reorder (drop it on the markdown)
