Publicize pin.filecion.cloud

Goal

pin.filecoin.cloud is active again. We should publicize again with tweets, etc. This issue tracks the steps to get there.

• Scout Sentry for a class of errors that we weren't otherwise seeing (and address any major ones)
• Finish the documentation items in M3.x website links #29

• bug: pinned badge is borked #81

@BigLep I just marked the documentation items complete since that item is done.. do we have a plan for #103 or looking in sentry for errors we haven't seen? I think most of the ones I have found have been upload timeout or generic upload failure errors..

I have had trouble finding provider info when looking at errors in sentry. we may want to check how we can surface more info to make diving into those errors easier
