we can do a lookup on peer IDs as we see them to see if the ID is associated with an SP:

List known SP IDs by their peer ID
via /sp?peerid=<peer-id>
Example: https://heyfil.prod.cid.contact/sp?peerid=12D3KooWDGBkHBZye7rN6Pz9ihEZrHnggoVRQh6eEtKP4z1K4KeE
