What is required for this task?

• Which metrics to collect
• How to submit them

Do we want to submit L2 Node metrics to Saturn dashboard (collector endpoint), Station dashboard (collector endpoint), or both?

I think this raises a good point for also using a Grafana based monitoring solution for Station.

For now, the data will be most relevant to the Station team, but later on once L2s have been integrated into the main net they will be more interesting to Saturn.
