Use matplotlib to create 2D animations

matplotlib has a submodule to create animations.
this module supports multiple writers besides ffmpeg, which would give more flexibility.

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion about using matplotlib.animation. That’s really usefull for animations in examples and tutorials.
In the current design, though, we’re aiming for a bit more flexibility and scalability, especially for long animations and 3D workflows. That’s why the next update will introduce PyAV as a backend option for video encoding. For 2D, frames will be handled directly as NumPy arrays, and for 3D, frames will be generated as PyVista snapshots.
The idea is to decouple the animation pipeline from any single backend. AnimationTracker will just extension of FrameTracker, so users will able to use FrameTracker directly to collect frames following by any other rendering tool.
