Cannot sync with master by rsync

I found that syncing script running in distfiles.hnd.jp.asi.finkmirrors.net failed:

$ rsync -rptl --delete --delete-after rsync://distfiles.master.finkmirrors.net/distfiles /path/to/distfiles
rsync(37209): error: connect: Operation timed out

Is there any problem in the master? Or, is there any other way to sync with the master?

I too am getting a connection time out with distfiles.master.finkmirrors.net

I'm sorry I wasn't aware we had any active mirrors. Do you run distfiles.hnd.jp.asi.finkmirrors.net? I've been using cloudflare to proxy the web stuff since it's currently being hosted over a personal connection. I can work on figuring out a solution for rsync.

Yes, I currently maintain distfiles.hnd.jp.asi.finkmirrors.net (and hnd.jp.asi.finkmirrors.net as well).
